LIVING FOR JESUS INTERNATIONAL MISSION TO                   ETHIOPIA MARCH 2025

This mission trip for me was different than any other. Holy Spirit had told me that ministry as I had known it, would be making a radical shift. The shift would start with a laying down and a setting aside of what had become familiar in ministry and a new beginning of a PERSONAL waiting on Holy Spirit to a measure unlike anything I have ever experienced. It was almost like setting aside everything that had worked for me in the past, and all I had learned to do.

I can tell you that as I watched video clips of many giving testimonies of what happened at the conferences, I was reaffirmed in my heart of How Much He Loves Me. I pray that as you read this report, especially the testimonies given by the church leaders at the conferences, that you will ENCOUNTER HIM !

As Jesus said in John 5.19 (Passion Translation): So, Jesus said, “I speak to you, eternal truth. The Son is unable to do anything from himself or through his own initiative. I only do the works that I see the Father doing, for the Son does the same works as the Father.”   For most of us who are born again, the thought of doing nothing

out of ourselves (our soul) would seem to be almost impossible.

BUT Holy Spirit let me taste and see to a wonderful degree, what His Ministry thru me, could look like. Of course, all of us saints are already moving in a measure of The Spirit. BUT I am now fully convinced that there is MORE available to all of us. More of what HIS LEAD in our life and ministry truly looks like. And on this mission, I get the added benefit of ministering alongside a great man of God, Eyasu. I am always totally blown away at how Holy Spirit delivers the Word HE gives me, to the people, in tandem with the heart and spirit of Eyasu. And the Amazing oneness, we both experience in the Spirit. There is much Holy Spirit gives to Eyasu to “Amplify” what I am saying to the people in local language. There are lots of moments that Eyasu is getting what I am getting at the same time as he often speaks at the same time I am. AND the “add on” words of further explanation that Holy Spirit releases. I know you have heard me say this before, But It is such an Amazing Experience that every time it feels like the first time I ever experienced this.

March 15, arrival at Addis International Airport late in the evening. I slept a few hours in hotel.

  1. Sunday, March 16 We took the first domestic flight available from Addis to Arba Minch, with the expectation that we would be able to minister in one of the larger churches in the city, during their only service. As soon as we land from the domestic flight we are met by Pastor Medehanit. The name of the first church is – Mehal Arba Minch Meserete Kristos Church. Pastor rushes us out of the airport. Since it was domestic, we didn’t have to go through all the security stuff. We got in one of those 3 wheeled motorcycle taxi’s called a BAJAJ. Vehicles that are basically a motorcycle with a very light gauge metal body around it with seating for 2 in back, max 3 smaller people. Luggage got strapped on and we jammed in there.  I don’t know what the laws are here, but it looked like the driver took a lot of liberty weaving in and out and around traffic. I think maybe our host Pastor told the driver to speed it up! When we arrived, the service was already underway. Ok, so here we go, we walk in right at the point where the robed Choir was Exalting King Jesus with singing and “rocking” dancing! And next up on their schedule was the message (from us), scheduled to come next. Wow, they were rocking! But first thing I noted was the timing of how we came from so far and arrived at just the right moment. We are not in a first world nation where everything is to schedule. HE is reinforcing what HE is teaching me about this “Spirit Led Life” by showing me, arriving at just the right moment, was not a coincidence, but planned by Our Father. They took a whole herd of little children off to another place, then introduced us. The welcome was amazing. I felt like a diplomat, an ambassador sent from our Homeland, Heaven, to remind the citizens of Heaven, who are in a foreign land (the world), of their homeland benefits that go with them wherever they are. Yolanda, they were getting it. The response was Ah Ma Zing!  I knew I was in the right place. I’m on the other side of the earth, in a building and with people that I have never seen before, and I know that I know I was totally led here by Holy Spirit.  HE gave me one word of knowledge for healing during the message and out of all the people in the building as I looked out at them, not one responded. Then a voice came from behind me saying “it is me!” I turned and it was one of the Pastor Leaders. We laid hands on him and just gave a brief command, and he acknowledged the problem was gone. Later, after the message he got up to the pulpit and gave testimony to everyone of what happened to him and how the miracle came. This is his testimony: “Today God has visited us with His amazing Presence and

poured out His Wonderful Word to us. I have taken medication at the Nachisar Hospital, because of my serious stomachache. So, I had started to take tablets for the treatment, even this morning I took my medicine at home before I came here. While he (pastor Tony) was praying for healing for me (through word of knowledge), I started to feel like I was drinking iced water thru my Umbilicus (Belly Button).  I got my healing. Hallelujah! We are His children; healing is like bread for us. So please give thanks to the Lord, who has the bread of healing for every one of us.” When he gave that testimony, I didn’t know what he was saying as there was no interpretation while he was talking. But I knew it was good because the hundreds of people in the building lit up like it was the 4th of July fireworks display, with screams of JOY all over the building!

  • March 17 – 18. Pastors conference in Arba Minch with about 75 leaders who came from many area churches, ALL Denominations.  These men and women were hungry to hear what God would give them so that they could be the greatest blessing to those they serve. I know this is soooo blessing Jesus as denominational leaders that would normally have zero contact with the others here, are all sharing with each other what Holy Spirit is doing. You could feel the excitement and anticipation in the air.

One after another testified that they “had been afraid of their challenges”, especially of going to the dark areas. They said “those that are out there are WAITING ON US. They don’t know it is us that God IS PREPARING to send to them, they just know there is an empty spot inside of them that has not been fulfilled. We now see clearly that WE must GO and not expect them to come to us.”

Then Holy Spirit allowed me to be extremely vulnerable and transparent about where the spiritual battle raged for me and sharing how the enemy would gain ground with me by giving me thoughts “appearing” to be my own thoughts. FEAR = “False Expectations Appearing Real.” I opened my heart to let them all see how 2 Corinthians 10.3-5 actually worked in our lives as believers. Here I am standing in front of ministers in a totally different culture, and you might think that they would certainly have very different struggles, strongholds, mindsets, ways of thinking than an American would. BUT GOD, I tell you, BUT GOD. I was blown away as they were all relating to the same nature of things happening in their lives. Different circumstances, but same struggles!

I loved the coffee and snacks breaks where those that speak English would gather around me and share their hearts and I was able to give individual encouragement. But know this, they were also encouraging me, saying things like “how did you know my struggle?”

I did ask the question before any ministry started, I asked “What is the major personal ministry issues that these leaders may be struggling with?” I was wondering if it might be related to personal relationships with spouses or children (both natural and spiritual), OR other ministry leaders who are ministering together. The answers I got were, “probably the main issue is legalism in ministry and not personal heart issues!”  I said to Holy Spirit, “Have I missed it? He said “No, you are to share your heart experiences, especially damaged relationships with those who have been near to your heart! And you need to include what I have taught you about what real forgiveness looks like in the spirit.” So, I let loose becoming totally vulnerable in sharing my own relational hurt and how the enemy waged war with me in my thought life in an attempt to take me out. As I stood before these leaders and wept as I shared my weaknesses and losses; BUT Holy Spirit brought me tremendous revelation, not only for me, but these folks also. As I looked around, people crying with me as I

shared and Holy Spirit saying to me “you are not alone, the same warfare techniques by the enemy is worldwide!” This was a NEW BEGINNING for me in Holy Spirit ministry! I am SOOOO Thankful HE has me here! So, I ask all of you who are reading this: How are your relationships with friends, family, spouses, ministry partners? Any struggles, wacked emotions? Any plans you had for your life seem to have gotten hijacked? I am living testimony, dive into your relationship with Jesus, casting ALL of your cares upon Him, trusting HIM alone to lead the way. Have you been looking to others to meet your needs and gotten disappointed when it didn’t happen? It’s time to dive in deep to The Lord, placing

ALL your trust and confidence in HIM and HIM alone for your future. After All, It’s

His Plans that matter, they come packed with Presence, Power, Love, Acceptance, Hope. I watched not only leaders here make a hard right back towards the Lord, but also myself making the same turn!

Everything in this country seems to revolve around coffee. It is more like a strong espresso, to an average American. They drink it straight up, only additive is sugar. That’s the bonding factor in the fellowship during the breaks and lunch. I really love sitting around with them trusting Holy Spirit for answers to their personal questions.

We pretty much always give place to times of testimonies. If we don’t give place then there are always some who are so full of excitement over what they are getting that they just have to stand to declare it.

There were a number of testimonies from leaders that were moved to personal places of forgiveness with others that had hurt them when they heard me sharing my own experiences.

There was more than one pastor that stood and said, “because of what other Christians have done to me, I came here today as the last ministry thing I was going to do. I had decided to leave the ministry. BUT today, Holy Spirit spoke so clearly concerning real forgiveness and how to enter into that place of Holy Spirit ministry and not my ministry. I am free, I am free.”

Here’s a few more:

  • “When you were speaking about fear the enemy brings. While you were speaking I busted out in tears saying “that is me, that is me!”
  • “I got a vision while you were speaking. I saw myself like a planet moving around the sun. I know HE was saying to me that I can, and will, move with Him all over the world.”
  • “there were 2 people that were causing me to experience hardship on my ministry and I just could not come to the place of truly forgiving them. They hurt me so much. BUT today, I have been empowered to truly forgive and to release them. I now know that God has a perfect plan for my life and I have been released from the load!”
  • “when you shared about how you began your christian life with extreme shyness and NO desire to ever speak in front of anyone, and I look at the miraculous ministry you now have, I said God if you did it for him, You will do it for me! Today is a new beginning for me!”
  • “Before today there were many that hurt me in ministry and the words of my mouth were that I forgive them, but I found that I still repeatedly thought about the not nice things they said and did to me. I thought about those things turning them over in my mind and feeling like such a failure. And I listened to the scriptures being taught, especially where Paul was teaching the Philippians in chap 4 on what kinds of thoughts they should now allow and now focus on concerning those that brought hurt. So, I right in my seat started doing that, thinking about the good things that happened with those people, instead of the hurtful things they did. Something AMAZING happened: I began to feel a release and a love for them that I knew was supernatural from the Spirit. This is real forgiveness. It is God Ordained for me to be here today! Oh my God, I am so thankful!”
  • “When you started teaching us about laying on of hands. I was actually afraid to lay hands on the people in my church because of what I had seen happen with so many other ministers when they lay hands on people. Some of it was pure craziness and I said, I will never do that! BUT, today you have shown us, and demonstrated for us, it is not by our yelling, screaming, wrestling, shaking, or even actually saying anything, BUT by faith in what Christ has already done for us. The demonstrations were so clear and so powerful. Thank you!”
  • “When you were sharing about how, as you had just began as a young pastor, Holy Spirit had you pick up the wrong bible to bring to church, that was the day you first preached with total dependence upon Him. The bible that had all your message written out you didn’t have and you began to be taught by Holy Spirit about what it is like letting Him have the lead. And I love the way you taught us about how you are still in training with Holy Spirit!  That spoke SO POWERFULLY to me as I knew that I was more dependent on my notes than I was on Him Who is Alive in me. This is a New Day for me. Thank you!”
  • “Most of the time we leaders in churches are more concerned about our programs than we are about the proclamation of the Gospel and training and equipping people to go. There is something so big that I received from teaching today. My focus in ministry has changed for the better, I am so excited for what HE is going to do now!”
  • “This is an appointed time of God for us. We are so grateful that He has sent this ministry to us! We have all been crying out to God before you came, wanting Him to reveal His Will to us. We thought we were mature, but we were only trusting in our own knowledge and ability and talents.”
  • “We had such crazy ideas about how to pray for the demonized before we came here. There was a demonized man that was being prayed for and we ministers were squeezing his mouth and yelling at the demons and we even tied the mans feet together so he couldn’t run away. The only thing that came from that was the poor man we were praying for needed medical help for the damage we did to his mouth by squeezing his face. Thank you for showing us the Real Love of Christ, the Real Compassion of

Christ and how easy it is to help people in prayer without the craziness.”

  • “You have given us many answers to our ministry issues and we have gained so much!”
  • “Listening to you, I heard the Spirit giving me instruction that my marital problems are aggravated by two other people and I need to understand HIS WAY. I was ready to seek revenge and get even with those two people who are stirring up issues in my marriage.  I realized in these meetings that I did not really know what forgiveness was. When I left this meeting yesterday, I went straight out to get right with those two people and was released and then went home and found reconciliation with my wife. I am so happy! I thank God for these meetings!”
  • March 19 we travel to Jinka from Arba Minch, which took us six hour’s drive. We had one stop for coffee break at Konso. We met a missionary that has been sent out by Eyasu. He talked about the new church plants he had started recently in the bush area of Konso. Eyasu said that the main tribe of Konso has been very resistant to the Gospel, but by HIS loving power there is continual breakthrough. Eyasu has plans to come back with a large group of TEENS to evangelize. He said that has always been a tremendous growing time for the christian youth that have not seen God in action this way. BTW we could arrange for another young people group to go on a mission like this should those reading this be so moved.

We celebrated the traditional coffee ceremony at an outside dining table together. The server comes with a pot of burning incense and puts it on the table. Depending upon the breeze direction, the incense could momentarily engulf your head, as I experienced. We get these tiny cups and the woman server, dressed in what looks like the Ethiopian flag, pours out of a long curved spout pot. Pours from about a foot above this tiny cup and the coffee lands perfectly in the tiny cut without a drop spilling over. It looks like about a 3 ounce cup, but this coffee definitely has a kick to it. Of course, the people, including little children have grown completely accustomed to it’s strength.

Back on the road again. Some of the road was paved and some was just dirt, but it seemed like every few miles driven that the road was completely taken over with herds of cows and goats, lots of them. The herdsmen were mostly young boys, learning the family business. Over and over again our driver had to honk the horn because the cows were not moving out of our way. There were times the hood of the vehicle was up against a number of cow BUTTS that did not want to move. We drove by river banks that were littered with bodies (I have to note, that is ALIVE Bodies) 1. Washing clothes, 2. Taking baths (yup, age didn’t matter, bare butts everywhere!), and 3. Gathering up buckets of water to take back to their home for cooking & drinking. We drove by many “strong, young men carrying Yolks on their shoulders. Many with a large “blade” on the end for the plowing of the fields. Didn’t see a single tractor or any power equipment. It was like being sucked back in time! We stopped to get pictures standing at the top of the Great Rift Valley, a place to see the Majesty of Our Creator!

  • March 20 – 21, Jinka pastors conference 300+ churches were represented from 16 tribes with their overseer, pastors, leaders and evangelists. Wow, the reception was Amazing. It was like these people had been waiting a long time for me to get here. They were so open to the teaching and really into the demonstrations of the Spirit that happened as we trained on the simplicity of Holy Spirit Ministry. They so needed encouragement in the faith and there was A LOT of drinking in the Spirit going on. Yippee, I am sooooo blessed to be here and be a part of what God is doing in this place!

Here are some testimonies:

  • “We are so blessed to get such a message from The Lord! This is an Awakening from God to the stagnant place we have been INTO what Christ has paid for us to have”
  • “Our prayer life is being strengthened, Our worship is being restored, Our Unity with Him and each other is being restored”
  • “When our forefathers first brought the gospel to us in this area, they came with an overwhelming love First for Jesus. Jesus was their first love.  We have lost that and now see that Jesus is waiting for us to repent and come back to Him as our first love” We are now hearing this powerful message again and being lifted up.”
  • “We have forgotten what real forgiveness is. We have just been pointing our fingers at each other and have forsaken the gospel and didn’t know it. We have come to only see our own ministry and to only build and enlarge our own ministry. In all this we are doing we have been limiting the true ministry of the Lord amongst us. We are being Awakened!”
  • “We are seeing that we have been in competition with each other and now know that is not of God. Today we enter a new season of Unity in the Spirit.”
  • “It is amazing to us how someone can come from so far away in America with a message from God with power to open our eyes to see. How amazing that someone who has never known anything about us can speak as knowing everything about us. This is God and we are humbled.”
  • “Many of us leaders have fallen into the trap of hopelessness. We would not talk about it because we didn’t really recognize what was happening to us. But that newborn excitement has been long gone, that anticipation and expectancy for Heaven to Invade has been long gone. But we are being RESTORED to the heart of Our Father!”
  • “From this time forward, as we continue to receive from The Lord, we will serve the Body of Christ and fulfill our calling to bring the Life of Christ to all peoples. We are so grateful for this time!”
  • “I also am so grateful to the Lord for bringing these men of God to us. I appreciate the church leaders that have organized this conference for us. I came the night before and was sleeping here the night before it started and I had a dream. I shared with the other men that were sleeping with me, but I must share with all of you. In the dream I was fighting, struggling with something going on in my life as we are all familiar with. It was a being that was challenging and fighting back to me. And I grabbed ahold of this being that was fighting me and I knocked it to the ground and broke its power. One of the men I was sharing this with asked me, “where did you get this power to throw down this thing coming against you?” I told them the Spirit of Jesus came upon me and empowered and restored me! AND I tell you today, as I sit in this conference, that The Same Spirit of

Christ IS COMING UPON US AND RESTORING US !   I now see how He has brought me to a crossroad where I can clearly see the not good place I was at and also clearly see the Good Place He in Him that Holy Spirit is now taking me into. I now understand that if I am to win souls for Christ I

MUST GET UP AND GO OUT IN THE LOVE OF CHRIST. He is now giving me wisdom on how to go and ALSO how to fight the enemy beginning in my thoughts where the enemy starts. ALL GLORY TO JESUS FOR WHAT HE IS DOING IN ME AND IN US NOW! “

  • “I am so grateful Pastor Tony. Despite your age of 76 you are serving us like a young man. I love the way you are ministering.  It is amazing to see and to demonstrate to us we can have the same. Agree with me that I will serve the Lord when I am your age, strong like you. Thank you for showing me what is possible!”
  • “We see that we are living NOT as though those who are In Faith, as our forefathers. It is time for us to return to truly live by faith. I can tell you that from this day my faith to minister in power and to do the same works as Jesus is stronger than ever!”
  • “Our experience of ministry is serving, preaching and teaching and doing lots of good works, BUT, Oh My God, we have all forsaken our First Love, as the Church of Ephesus. Oh, we all have the ministry, but truth is, many times we are not sure if Christ is in what WE are doing or not! This teaching has awakened us to the Overwhelming Need that first It is His Presence and His Lead and His Plan and His wisdom and His power AND NOT OURS.”
  • “There is not unity amongst leaders. Many have problems with other leaders and have separated themselves. They say there will be No Reconciliation. But they do not understand what Christ has done. I was one of those that separated myself from others saying there can be no reconciliation. I said I forgive them, but did not understand the heart of God. Many of us have talked and preached about forgiveness but there is no evidence in their actions. This is so HUGE what we have gotten here, our lives and ministries will never be the same.”

As a side note from me, Tony: during breaks I witnessed many going to others and hugging and crying together and laughing together and rejoicing together. Clearly Holy Spirit at work. This really got me, I mean it really got me!

  • “I am an evangelist. But today I have learned how much further His Faith will take me and I learned so much about proper kingdom relationships. I am a young man and I am believing that the love you have for Christ and His gospel will be imparted to me today and lived out for the rest of my days and that the days will be long as you are bearing testimony to us now thru your life”
  • “I am a church leader who had lots of physical problems. I would go from town to town seeking someone, some hospital that could help me. Yesterday during our prayer time here, I got prayer and I felt that something was happening in me and have to tell you this:  Normal for me would be after I have taken my dinner, I would have to go to the toilet many times throughout the night.  BUT last night I slept totally thru the night with NO symptoms of my sickness any longer in my body.

UNDERSTAND THIS: MY SICKNESS WAS FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS! And it took me until today to see what the simple prayer of faith can do! All Glory to God!”

  • “I finally understand what it really means to be a son of God. I realized that I have really been living my life without faith. I now understand that real faith is the evidence of things hoped for. The evidence of what is real in the unseen realm being manifested.”
  • “We have gotten so free these days, as we were healed of the broken things in our soul, so much has happened these days”
  • “The lessons we have gotten are so simple but have brought us to the level of where Christ wants our lives to be. We have all the key leaders of this entire area here, all denominations, and we have seen happen what we have not seen before. Broken hearts and broken relationships are being healed. Our focus has been on many things and we were scattered.

But now our focus is back fully on Christ first for all things. We have done

AN ABOUT FACE in our ministry direction. We are so grateful!”

  • March 22, this mission conference at the place called Alduba in the middle of Hamer tribe.  We had tribal church planters and missionaries at least from 4 or 5 tribes from South Omo, who have planted 50+ churches. We are more in the bush area now and these bush leaders have come for this one day conference. The response to the teachings was totally Amazing. They were all on the edge of their seats hanging on every word I was saying. Wow, the draw on the Anointing was tremendous.

I did a demonstration of the simplicity of prayer, giving a word of knowledge which maybe a dozen people responded to and came up. It was for a chronic pain in one particular part of their bodies. Amazing how many people had the identical chronic pain in identical places in their bodies. I had them watch as I worked with Holy Spirit in the prayer process, explaining everything I was doing including the conversation I was having with Holy Spirit. They were so happy with how simple it was. Then I had them praying for each other the same way and everyone received a miracle. They were all just shaking their heads in amazement! God is so good.

We are more in the bush now, so when it came to lunch time everyone got a gord that had been cut in two and dried and sanded out to be made into a huge cup with a handle. Everybody got some kind of special tea, tasted pretty good, but not like anything I have ever tasted before. They claim it is like a health tonic. I found out that if I drink it all, that is a sign that I want a full refill. I did that 3 times until I caught on, so I didn’t quite finish the last one. Yolanda!

A few testimonies:

  • “I now know how we can reach the whole world around us with the Gospel by the Spirit! I am so happy!”
    • “I have gotten crucial teachings that I have never heard before. I now am beginning to understand the unsearchable riches of Christ and the vastness of the Love Christ has for me. It is huge! And as I learn more of the depth of His love for me, I am greater equipped to minister to others.

Another big teaching is on forgiveness. This teaching is unlike any teaching we have ever gotten, it is so big and understanding this is so liberating. Most of the time we think about someone that hurt us that they should be the one to come to me to ask for forgiveness, that there is nothing for me to do, it is all on the one that hurt me. Oh, but now understanding the love and forgiveness Christ has paid for me to have, now I can freely go and be reconciled with my brother. I can go NOW! “

  • “For 28 years there have been those that I have been unwilling to be reconciled with and I now know therein lies my difficulty with bringing the gospel. I am revived today, it is a New Day!”
    • “In this time, ministers are trying to share their knowledge out of their notes. But you came and spoke out of your heart of love and we have been revived!”
    • This one got me: The oldest elder in the area, know by all as ‘The Evangelist’, stood up and said to me: “I am older than you, but today, I call you abba, father, because you are sent by God to teach us a father in the faith. We are so grateful in your coming to us.”  Then he just began releasing blessings over me and it was so encouraging and of course I cried as HIS Presence filled the house!
  • March 23, at Turmi among Hamer tribe, then at Kangateen among Nyangatom tribe and Ugandan immigrants. Village ministries. This was one super packed day:
    • This is Sunday. NOW WE ARE COMING UP ON ONE OF THE BIG HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS MISSION FOR ME: We are in a 4-wheel drive vehicle and we drive along the road out of the town and then stop. I asked where we were going. I was told “this is as far as our vehicle can take us, we need to get out, put on our backpacks and hike a little ways to first, a new church that has been planted, then on to a bush village to meet the chief, then on to an established bush church hopefully to be there before the service starts. As we start to walk, we can see nothing ahead except bush. We had some goats and sheep and some wild animals that we encountered along the way. Then all of a sudden, we came up over a little mound and saw the new church. You could see clearly through the building as it was not totally done yet. It was basically a lot of trimmed up tree branches buried in the ground and standing upright making up the walls of the church. You could see through the walls because the mud has not been applied yet. The roof was a grass roof (big weeds woven between sticks). The service was underway. There were about 10 people in there, mostly children with a couple older ladies and a man preacher. We blessed them then went on from there until we got to the village.
    • Then we walked a little further until the village appeared. It is amazing how you can see nothing on the visible horizon except foliage and animals and then all of a sudden a mud hut can be seen, then the rest of the village. You can tell you are getting close when goats start appearing all around. We went into the village and went to the home of the Chief. The Chief’s momma was sitting on the ground outside drinking out of a hollowed-out gord. The people are only partially clothed in this village. Most had stick fences up around their home to keep their animals safe at night. The Chief invited us into his home. There was a small dresser and a mattress on the floor. That was it. I was told that the chief wanted me to sit with him on the mattress. I was also told that was an extreme honor to be asked to sit with the Chief on his bed. Have I told you how humbled I am by what I have been allowed to experience on this mission? I also did a lot of crying as the reality of Our Living God Manifested everywhere we went!
    • Now this is the blow away for me: I then found out that the Chief was one of the many village leaders that was at the last conference. That conference was NOT just for pastors and church leaders but also for the Chiefs of different villages, some of which were not even saved before coming. He said (through interpretation) that he was at the conference and was really blessed. And then he came back to his village and gathered ALL  the people together for him to talk to them. But in this case, the Chief preached to them. He told them that he had heard all about Jesus and what Jesus has done for mankind and then he told the people of the village that Jesus would come to live in anyone who places faith in Him and that He comes with all the blessings which He purchased for us thru His death on the cross. The chief then told all the people in the village that they must receive the Lord and become born again and apparently, he evangelized his village, and this is now a Jesus Occupied Village! I could not have been more elated, praising God for how He used us to bring the gospel to those men and woman that took it back home with them. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU JESUS! I feel so over the top blessed and privileged to be here!
    • Oh, this day just keeps going…next we went to the larger church service gathering. It was a larger tree branch framed mud building. It was much closer to the highway and our driver had managed to get his vehicle up to this church, so he got to see what happened there. The choir actually had robes on, and the preacher was warming up. He kept saying the same thing over and over, but with excitement and zeal. I don’t know what he was saying. It was not offered to us to preach, but the pastor said he would give us 10 minutes after his message. That excited me. The building was packed out, with more people outside. When I say packed out, I mean everyone has another body pressed up against them, both sides, unless you are along the wall. Now, I knew that the 10-minute limit won’t mean anything once God begins to work. I told Eyasu that what we were going to do was tell the people what Jesus has made available to them and then demonstrate with power. So, we talked really fast for about 5 minutes just telling them about what Jesus was about to do. I gave a word of knowledge, and a few people came up. I knew it would be all miracles, and they would be happening VERY FAST. So, as we laid our hands on the people and commanded the sickness and pains to go, it was truly INSTANT. It was freaky awesome! The people were in shock as they realized 2 seconds after our hands got on their bodies they were totally healed. We had someone putting a microphone in their mouth to tell the

others what just happened. The more they said “I am totally healed” then the more people would try to press thru the crowd to get at us. There were probably 80-100 people squeezed in this building and more outside. Well, as the people heard the testimonies one after another of the miracles, they all started pressing in. The crowd management team got engaged so everyone could get prayer. I TOTALLY LOVE TIMES LIKE THIS. THE

PRESENCE OF GOD AND THE REALITY OF HEAVEN IS ALL AROUND.

THAT ATMOSPHERE WAS SUPERCHARGED WITH EXCITEMENT. As far as

I know 100% of the people received miracles. Man, I wish we had a video of this to show you!

  • When the service let out, our driver was standing at the back door watching. He was in shock.
    • As I was walking to get in the vehicle there was an older woman reclined on the ground under a big tree. I asked one of the elders what was wrong with her. He said “oh, she is a crazy woman, out of her mind, she cannot think or talk anything that could be understood. Oh really, I said, “until now!” I got down on the ground and put my hands on her and command those foul spirits to come out of her and released the life of Jesus by the Spirit. Then I got down in her face and said “Ok, go ahead and speak, and she looked at me, her eyes were clear, and she started talking, fast. Then she smiled at me and got up to hug me. Come on, I say come on, why would anyone not want to experience this……
  • March 24, back to Addis Ababa. We drove to Jinka to get a plane back to Addis. There was a one-day conference scheduled in Addis tomorrow. I got to the hotel and Eyasu picked me up to go to his house to enjoy his family and a great dinner his wife spent all day preparing and a cake made for me that said, “NEW START

30 YEARS”. That represented the shift in ministry for me after 30 years of

Pastoring, now on to more full time Missionary work in nations all over the world.

  • March 25, Pastors conference in Addis. This conference was managed and led fully by Eyasu as my body on this last day decided it was not going to cooperate. Eyasu is a powerful man of God and can do everything that I do. It has been an honor to have him with me these years and I am looking forward to many more, plus watching him train and equip many young people which his heart yearns for.

All glory to the Lover of our soul.
